Welcome to L'eau Dorée by Danae, your one stop for all things perfume. We are invested in proving to the world that perfume is not only limited to its scent, but it incorporates history, science and culture. We strive to educate all our readers about each facet of perfume, and hopefully foster an interest that goes deeper than the sense of smell.

L'eau Dorée means "Golden water" in french, which we can all agree is pretty accurate for what perfume really is. (wink, wink) It also sounds very similar to "l'odorat", meaning the sense of smell. We'll be uploading our blog on Wednesdays and Sundays and keeping you posted on Instagram (@leaudoréebydanae), so make sure to follow us there too!
